Relationships, Performance and Morale work together best when they are the bi-product of the workplace. Rather than doing them, we experience them. They are the result of what happens. For example, an organization might experience high turnover because of the relationships between the supervisors and their employees. The relationships were the result of actions and activities that occurred. Perhaps the supervisors were making “unfair assignments” or calling meetings at the last minute leaving employees wondering if they could ever get the respect that they deserve. Or, perhaps employees could become overwhelmed because they only partially follow guidelines or procedures. The success of an entire organization can be impacted by how well relationships, performance and morale work together. What needs to happen in the workplace for the RPM’s to receive consistently high marks from everyone?
