It advances the progress of existing programs. It speeds up the implementation of strategic plans and clarifies roles in the strategic process. It includes Consistent Positive Direction as a part of the process to move things forward and get things done. It provides for short-term achievable objectives that advance student achievement and heighten teacher performance. The framework includes working sessions and progress visits. Special ½ day and one day leadership development orientations are available for administrators.
